The real breakout success of the system wasn’t a game, however. Needless to say, Nintendo dominated the console market during this time, with popular titles like Mario 64, GoldenEye, and Ocarina of Time. The Nintendo 64 turns 21 years old this year and even though most of us traded ours in a long time ago, several titles have been recreated into HD variations for multiple Nintendo outlets (3DS, Wii, Wii U, etc). ![]()
